  2. I have the same service and ISP as you, but I am not sure where you are located. I am in the New England Cox area.   3. Well I have a few gigs of files I dont really use, but I do not want to remove the files, whats the best compression technique
  4. Does anyone know of a program that shows your bandwidth of your download kb/s your using at the time along with upload speeds. Thanks
  5. When I test here at mytest my Download speeds say about 550Kb/s but sometimes at some sites I can download 2 files that are about 700Mb each, download at the same time at a total of about 800Kb/s with one usually at 550kb/s and the other at around 175-200kb/s.. just a thought

  9. Im looking to rent a laptop computer for a couple of month but the problem I'm having is that all the sites I've looked at are for companies only. I've called up Rent-A-Center around here but they dont have any Laptops for rental. If anyone could help me out that would be appreciated.

  11. I am trying to burn files I created which are VTS_01_1, VTS_01_2, VTS_01_3 ... and in the burning process I got an error about Bridge structure I think it may have been. Here attached is the Error Log it created

  13. Ok this is REALLY upsetting me now, I've tried converting the .avi in 2 different programs and burning in 2 different programs and no luck on the DVD player, but works fine on my computer! WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!

  16. Well it was more leading to the idea of showing whose gave the most help and how much, possibly show their skill level?
  17. Im subscribed to a few other forums but this one I go to has a Karma system which is pretty much points that are givin to users that help. I think it would be a cool idea to have something like this here seeing alot of people offer help. In other words points would be givin to the person that finalizes the help that is asked, or any info that help, but only givin by the thread starter

  19. Converting, I used the Cucusoft AVI to VCD/DVD/MPEG, then used Nero and VCDEasy... I was wondering if it was the CD Media..
  20. I originally tried using Nero 6, then tried VCDEasy, both unsuccessful Dunno what the problem is
  21. Well Ive been trying to put this .avi file I have to a regular CD-r and convert and burn it as a VCD but my DVD player just doesnt want to accept it! Ive tried about 4 times and it just doesnt want to work, and my DVD player does accept VCD Any ideas?
  22. Ok next time ill check all my info before I post something, it says it supports Video CD which I assume is VCD, but my question still is, Whats SVCD ?
  23. Actually I should add, can I use a VCD/SVCD disc in my DVD player, or does it have to support it? If not I guess i'll have to waste a DVD-r on this
