don't know about comcast but with directv you will have to spend extra to get HD programming...

with a built in tuner you can get all local HD programs for free with an over the air antenna...

are you close enough to your locals to receive a really good signal?

start-control panel-java & see if you have the latest update...thats where i would start anyway

i would run regedit & search for google web accelerator & delete all instances of it manually..

but if not comfortable altering the registry then don't try it

don't know what it all means but i would think there should be a newer bios flash available....

some are kinda tricky but dell has a very user friendly bios flash....

you should be able to go to your computer manufacturer site & check for updates

i believe there is an install wizard to transfer your contacts etc. after you get 2003 installed

i switched from bit tornado to utorrent a couple weeks ago & i like utorrent much better

does the KB912919 show in your add/remove programs...if so uninstall it reboot & then try the update again....just a thought

i used to have the View-Text Size set at larger in IE6...it would remain that way

never having to change it...a couple days ago i installed MS office 2003 & now every

time i restart IE6 it defaults back to normal & i have to reset back to larger

...this is no biggie....but kinda makes me feel like i need glasses all of a sudden..

this is no great problem..but anytime i open a wmv my wmp10 opens to full screen no matter

the video resolution...it is kinda annoying...i have had this happen in the past & somehow got it fixed to open like i like for it too....but can't remember how i did it...
