Yes this is a 4000, guess ill check out the blue service

I called direcway to re-estaablish my account as I had turned it off about a year ago. I was informed I needed to buy a whole new system. When I questioned as to why seeing my system is only a few years old I was told everyone has to. I asked if he was saying that every person using direcway was going to have to purchase a new system in o rder to stay on and he said yes this is correct and is happening soon. Any one else hear about this?
