I pay for 50 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up with Telus, in V1E 2H3 (in the southern interior, BC, Canada): ~$80/mo internet (optical fiber), ~$160/month total with copperwire phone and Optik TV (1 PVR, 2 satellite boxes, 3 TVs, optical fiber). Telus just recently offered a 150Mbps service upgrade for this area.
