Problem found, I hope. The line to the house is bad, but I'm told I will see a BIG difference and TV reception will be better as well. And I thought I needed new glasses. The outside line is at least 18 years old, so it makes some sense. Time will tell, but with the tests I have already done, there will be something to compare it too.

I'm getting .69Mbps. they say no problems, tech supposed to be here tomorrow. I'll be asking for a refund.
