I am new. my name is joey. this is my first post. i didnt know where to post this at but i need to know what i could do to improve my internet connection. here goes some stuff i know about it.  my dsl is the sbc yahoo dsl. i got the express package about 2 weeks ago. they said that i could be any where from 400kbps - 1500 kbps. Tell me if im getting ripped off or anything please. if youwant me to run more tests i will. i can posts screenshots of stuff also if your internested. ill do any thing. ivefollowed all those steps with the spyware and adware and the frewalls. it says my ip starts with a 7 on all the websites. when ever i go to command then ipconfig it says  192.168.1.65
