Hi Ca3le, I've got 2 accounts, the one I was talking about that should be 90+ meg must be my other account which I have on my home internet. The last graph you have above is from a customers service I'm monitoring it is exhibiting the same problem as my home one where the inconsistency started on 2/28 as you say. This account has been used at various sites since I've had it. I'm in Sydney Australia hence why I'm using the Sydney server.

Hi, I'm getting very inconsistent results on 2 services using this server, speeds are well below expectations, other speed sites are showing expected speeds consistently. This has been occurring for the past 3 to 4 days. This would normally be a consistent 80 to 90 meg down & 30 to 40 meg up. Richard Fiveash's Speed Test Results

I'm testing a service for a friend of mine, she has been complaining of slow speeds and dropouts, I actually believe the issue to be within her network rather than the service provider but I was getting a consistent 30meg download on your site which was comparable to the ISP speedtest site but over the past 3 days your site has shown a halving of download speed while the ISP's test site hasn't changed, any ideas on why?
