Well your Adelphia is only running at about 1/2 of the preferred advertised speeds, there's definitely some issuses there, and the Verizon is running pretty close to the 3Mbit cap.

Well, it might sound dumb, but are you hitting preview instead? If you attatch an image and preview your post, you have to reattatch any images or files.

I'm on Premier and my cap is set at 7.2, The advertised download speed is 6.0
