If anyone has 2way or anything less than dw6000. I wouldn't upgrade because you will be getting a downgrade. I wish I had found this forum a couple months earlier. Since I made the upgrade 2 months ago, my download speeds have decreased to 1/2. I have brought this to Direcway attention and they say I am getting what I am supposed to be getting and I say NO, I was supposed to be upgrading. But I still call in and give them my unsatisfaction with this CON. I may be switching to WILDBLUE after my 12 months is up. So just to give upgraders a heads up, you better do some checking or you will get a downgrade if you go to DW7000. Support thinks it is funny because I got scammed. Hope this helps someone from making the mistake that I made.
