I took the time to register here just to defend viasat....... I am also a direcway installer that takes much pride in what I do. This forum is FULL of bad information and I deal with repairs all the time where the customer has gone onto one of these forums and then decides to be a tech himself.... Some of us are here to help...... If there is anyone in northern Va that needs help please email me. like viasat....if you arnt satisfied, dont pay me a dime!
