    Cox sells me speeds of 300 down and 40 up approx. Hell, Id give them 20% leeway. But according to this, I'm only getting a MAX of 33% of what they are selling me. 100 down. on multithreaded test, 34 down on single. You can imagine how mad I am and i'm SURE im not the only one. Sorry for the noob post but... What can i do to increase my speeds to something akin to what they sell me?
