yup that was it i think itriwed that other test on both my computers and they both told me 2.9 mbps but its addvertised at 4 whats up with that???? sure your gunna say do u have a router, but it gives the same results

i did the test 5 times and got higher results every time this is what i got im only paying for 4 mbps im getting 46!!!!!! i did not change this at all :::..
