I have discovered there is a HUGE difference in the download/upload tests here and what the myDirecwy site shows you and that is what they are going by.  Here my upload will show 20 and there it will show 112.  They refuse to look at any other site. 

Both times they changed the transponder I was on....  they told me this.  Give it a couple days for the NOC to register the changes.  Not sure what it means either.

They are not gonna stop supporting.  They are still supporting the 3000 (1 way systems).  If you are smart.... you will stay on the DW4000!!!!!

If they totally stop trying to make satellite internet better. I think that's crap because cable and dsl users pay what 35$ a month? I paid 100$ for a year and then 50$ a month you think they could find the funds to make it better. Satellite has the worse upload and cost

I have an active pin number for the corporate office, but they were absolutely uselss the few times that I have called them.  Kept telling me the Engineers would have to call me back.

oh if my speed would stay like this.....  lol  Not that lucky though!!! 

I was on DW4000 for almost 2 years.... never had a complaint one... my speeds were steady and high....  then I downgraded to the DW6000 and look what it did to me!!!  GRRRRRRR  oh how I wish I could go back to DW4000....  but noooooooooooooooooooooooo they won't let me.  LOL  Damn idiots!

Was having issues with speeds....  7 for a download.  they walked me through the cross pol thing..  failed several times.....  00 was the number there when I finally did pass.... so he moved me to 1050 did the test again and passed.  Isn't it just common sense that if you failed......  they move you and test again til you pass?  did I not make that very clear?

I guess the 75 is what you are looking for..... since your CP is 74, I assume mine is good?

We did check it last night with Level III techs on the line and ran the test (Automatic), but I am unsure what you want?  Isolation was 75 and I passed after several attempts.  Is that what you are looking for?  We changed transponders twice last night and that was the final one. 

That was supposed to be Steal..... not still.  LMAO  oops!!  Anyway....  its in my siggy  now.  LOL  thanks!

Well the one conclusion I have come to.......  Direcway sucks!!!  I had the pro plan too and realized I was paying $30 more for nothing. 

Well direcway compltely crapped out on me last night.  How I was able to even send an email (Hi Rev) is beyond me.  But that was the only one I was able to send.  I had already talked to Tech Support Level III one time and was told too bad.....  Well when my download speed dropped to 13, then to 7, I called back.  "One of the Engineers will call you back".  Well I just turned my pc off cuz we all know that is not gonna happen.  Then about 30 minutes later.....  the phone rang.  And it was Direcway Tech Support, level III claiming to be an Engineer and once he established that my computer was not the issue for the slow speeds... (he had me unplug my ethernet from the DW6000 and he ran his lil tests.)  he changed my transponder again.  Still nothing... so we re-commissioned it again.... this time it worked and my sppeds slowly started to increase.  As angry and disappointed with direcway that I have been the past couple weeks.... last night, I actually felt like I was being treated like a human.  James was his name and although my speeds will never be what they were on DW4000, he at least made the attempt to fix me... and no one else would.  I also know that Level II and Level III tech support hang out here.  Hell this site was referred to me on several occassions.... so I know they are lurking.  lol  James and I spent 2 and half hours on the phone and it was midnight (central time) which was 2 hours passed closing time for him.  I was impressed to say the least.
