When I do a speed test... shows size then upload, etc... does it matter for the speed?

Just joined, and doing tests since my provider is not giving me the speed I am paying for. A quick question. next to upload and download there is a size file.. what is definition of size when I go to them with these reports??? Shows, ex: size 61 / 29 / 11 or size 45 / 23 / 9 I understand the other 2 numbers are upload and download, but what is size and always changing for the lat 2 days... Thank you, Edward
