    after i saw what PHP did with his little command prompt program it kind of inspired me to do this..

    i took a look at PHP's .bat file and i google searched for something that was not very easy to do

    i came up with windows services i remembered how hard it was to find something for me to install/remove windows services and so far this is what i came up with it is attached to this post and you can also download it

    Modem: Paradyne Stormport 1020 DSL Modem ( some crappy offbrand its all they offer >.< )

    Wired Router: Belkin F5D5231v4 Cable/DSL router

    Wireless Router: Belkin F5D7230-4 802.11g Wireless DSL/Cable Router

    Switch: Netgear FS116 16 port 10/100 Mbit ( i have for lan party's.. hey someone has to buy the hardware :P )

    LAN1: My PC (Wired)

    LAN2: Sister's PC (Wired)

    LAN3: PS2 (Wired)

    LAN4: Uplink for switch...

    lol i dont even use my wireless router yet or the switch.. but i might aswell have them plugged in.. otherwise they'd never get turned on :P

    sorry no pics my camera batteries are dead it only runs on those lithium batteries.. ill see if i cant get some taken later this week or something

    they just lowered the price and had recently increased my upload.. i now pay only 39.99 :P i know what your thinking... thats an awfully lot for such crappy service but they only offer 1024/1024 out here in missery i probably just get these speeds cause i live next to a substation :P

    i play alot of 007 on my ps2 i host tons of games with no lag and have 2 pcs hooked up to my router im only at 1mb upload but i use nothing less then belkin CAT5e along with my belkin router i noticed a huge difference in my connection when i switched from offbrand CAT5 to belkin CAT5e it could be the cables im not saying CAT5e is the answer to your problems but hey it couldn't hurt could it?

    OH YEAH, i use firefox too, and it has upload limitations in the code or something, i dunno, MSIE IS NOT installed on this pc.

    btw i think what he meant is that he went Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components and unchecked MSIE although MSIE is still hard coded into Windows XP it just wont be a default Web browser anymore...

    i think standard electronics is 60 or 90 days although with newegg im not sure.. because you have to request an RMA then once you receive a RMA you are authorized to send the product back for a refund or get a different unit of the same item

    NOTE: once you get your RMA you only have 15 days in which to ship the product back..
