Same problem here.  I pay over $120/mo for one of their "Unlimited" plans, Silver I think, and I've never gotten the speeds they promise.  I work from home and it's so frustrating.  Won an Amazon Fire stick at a work event, but can't watch anything due to this crappy internet.  It should be illegal for them to operate this way.

I suggest calling them instead of emailing. Be polite but persistent. Keep calling them. If they can’t resolve it from their regular support phone people, tell them you’d like to elevate the issue and talk to a manager or supervisor.

Having very slow upload and download speed.  I called them and they said it was adequate. 
 
Anyone else have a problem with them?  Used to be Excede.
