Hi... the hub is half metre from the cams, & no further than 2 metres from everything else. It would be impossible to check the speed when lead plugged into pc as never know when it is going to drop. It comes up quite quickly. When it goes the speed drops on laptop etc and cams drop out of connection. So it’s never just one item that loses connection or suffers slow speed.
