I only had the choice of hughesnet and Frontier where I’m located, I already knew frontier wasn’t good and haven’t heard things of hughesnet, but now that I have it, it sucks. Thought of switching but I’d have a cancelation fee of $300.00

Update; my modem took a dump and they had to replace it.

Having a technician come out, I believe my modem is broken.

No snow on the dish ☹️ Could the cord being under ground & frozen that leads to my satellite be an issue?

My WiFi modem is lighting up but I have no internet connection what so ever. Hughes net agents told me there’s a transmitting problem with my satellite and modem? Blamed it on the light blanket of snow outside? Anyone else experiencing this?
