I can remember when they had their call centers in Fort Lauderdale. Not that they knew much, but atleast you could understand them. Hence one of the reasons I cancelled D-Way a year ago after my contract was up, and went with Comcast. (Although, I kept the dish up, since it gets me a perfect 100% DirecTV signal)
