Hes on the 5MB wireless package and the upload is supposed to be 1.2 megs

Well my speeds are all over the place... sometimes get like as low as 1.5 megs and then sometimes i get over max...but mostly around 2.5....upload is usually always at least 500kbps

Yea wireless is what shug7272 said...Im paying $50 a month for 3 meg business.  Iits xplornet wireless.

I have the 3 meg business wireless and it works great...always at least at 2.4 megs down and 543 up...but what willywwws says is true after downloading for 5 mb. Its called burst internet.

i have wireless xplornet and i love it...they have good technical support if u get level 2 service.. try to get wireless if u can

asking something else...cogeco cable had a download/upload cap of 60 gb...if u go over this limit you have to pay extra money...asking if playin xbox will use up some of the cap.

Does anyone know if playing xbox live will affect the download/upload cap?

before i got a static ip assigned xbox live would not work...they said it was needed because of how their servers worked...as soon as it was assigned everything worked perfectly.
