I NEED A SOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE.

Actual avg. speeds = 20.73 Mbps download/ 33.06 Mbps upload. ISP delivers 100Mbps min. per agreement. Should I expect a miss configured network cable ? Residential fiber to home then copper cat5e throughout my devices.

My download speeds are always significantly lower than upload speeds. ???
