    I'm defragging as I type this. When you say reboot does that mean just turn it off and on or does that mean unplug it from the computer?

    Advertised at 3.0/768 I'm getting 2801/500 KBPS. The download has remained the same since first signing on to DSL over a month ago however the upload has decreased from about 650 to what it is now 500. What do you think the problem is?
