I couldn't watch twitch at 1080p or 720p with my internet but I could watch youtube videos at 4k without any problems. Therefore I contact twitch and they told me to use testmy.net. Using other pages my speed is 50Mbps but using testmynet it is just 2.8(I'm connected via ethernet cable), but with the same internet on another pc and in my phone it is 50 as well. Then I tried to use my phone's internet and connecting to it via usb(in case the problem was my ethernet connection) and the problem persisted. I tried to do things like clean dns cache but nothing so I reinstall windows and the problem appeared to disappear but it is back again and I have no idea of what could it be.
