Opera browser VPN is much slower all options than when VPN is off

YES! Turning off the Opera VPN totally solved my miserable internet speed problem. I was getting speeds of .3Mbps from my wifi and the same when I tethered my desktop imac to my phone. Yet my data speeds on my phone were over 10Mbps. Reading your post I immediately turned the Opera vpn off and my wifi speeds went to 10Mbps and my tethered speed went to 17Mbps. So thanks for the information!
