Which speed tests is the most accurate? How to know it?
1) Propositions:
To test download speed, use a download manager and monitor speed while downloading something big from a powerful server, like Microsoft.
To test upload speed, download a high leech torrent, wait until it finished and monitor your upload speed in torrent client.
To test latency, use a ping (from CMD in Windows), and monitor time values. Example: ping google.com -t
Note somewhere your average download/upload speeds, also your latency. They will serve as a reference values to compare speed test providers results.

3) Results:
Generally, the closest one to your reference values is the best.
But in fact, it depends on the selected server test and how it's near to your location
