  1. didn't work... I'm still getting 4 megs. I called comcast and he told me the signal was pulling 17 megs... I'm so confused

  5. I did it maybe half an hour ago. He told me that I could just reset my modem and I would be good to go. Do you think my modem is limiting it? And yes, I did some tweaking for my old connection

  8. using the 6000/764 file you sent me, working pretty well. I have wireless, so that may be the reason I'm not getting the full 6 megs on my downloads. Thanks for all your help you guys
  9. I called comcast and they told me I was on the 6mbps/768kbps plan and I actually got better results with the 5000/384 file than with the 6000/768 file
