from service provider this is the place to get speed tests to verify speed so set up and used and all working ok BUT then it stopped accepting my login/password it only asks for email so i enter reset password (have to do on my phone as the email isn't on this machine) lets me in on phone when i try to log in on the other computer it says Something Went wrong...and error at bottom right is 2D119/1 i have reset and reset etc is there an IP tied to a login? is there some issue with after too many tries it locks out an IP? something is messed up thanks for any help B and in submitting this inquiry it won't let me use ANY of my registered emails 'in use by another user' so changed accordingly
