from service provider this is the place to get speed tests to verify speed

so set up and used and all working ok

BUT

then it stopped accepting my login/password

it only asks for email so i enter

reset password (have to do on my phone as the email isn't on this machine)

lets me in on phone

when i try to log in on the other computer it says

Something Went wrong...and error at bottom right is 2D119/1

i have reset and reset etc

is there an IP tied to a login? is there some issue with after too many tries it locks out an IP?

something is messed up

and in submitting this inquiry it won't let me use ANY of my registered emails 'in use by another user'

so changed accordingly
