I'm required to do this ineffective auto test for 12 hours, I've tried three times, the last time I did it, it was stuck in step 10, it never refreshed the website automatically as it said it would, and the force the retest button is as ineffective as the test as a whole. My internet is working properly all the time, never lags, never goes off and I have my iMac plugged through a CAT6 ethernet cable. I can't understand why it would do that and its not even logging any results at all. Please help I'm done asking my entire family to stop streaming and to stop doing what they do so this can get accurate results to then show ZERO logs. What was it doing during the 10 hours that it was automatically refreshing properly that it NEVER saved a log. How do you guys advertise accuracy like this?
