  1. HP is sending me a new computer, so I hope it doesn't have the same problem. I don't think it is my ISP or router because my old computer and my wife's computer are just fine. I think it is the WiFi NIC, if I plug in hardwire ethernet, I'm running just fine. Thanks for the responses.
  2. I would REALLY appreciate some help here. I recently purchased a new computer and using it sitting next to my old computer using the same network the new one has a download speed of 257kbps (14% of ISP) while the old one is at 2557kbps. I've followed all the suggestions on the two stickys. I'm stuck and have tried everything I've seen suggested.
