Hi, I've tried using cablenut at my house and it didn't work. Now I'm at my neighbors house and i installed cablenut and his internet speed hasn't increased either. Can anyone help me make it work? I install cablenut i use the settings from version 9. MTU 1492 and then DSL PPPoE 5000+. His current connection is 530kB/s.

it saves a copy automatically. It saves it where ever u launch TCPOpt..

I tried tweaking my internet connection, cablenut and TCPOptimizer didn't work for me. I just picked my Network Adapter and set my MTU. I also set the connection speed to 4000Kbps, Applied changes and rebooted, my connection didn't change. I was able to remove Cablenuts changes, how do i remove the changes that TCPOptimizer has done? Thank you.

I don't think they are doing this to a lot of people. since 3 of my friends are getting the right speeds. Although they do seem to makie a lot of mistakes with my account....

in the 1492 folder there are 5 different settings i can chose from DSL PPPoE 512,768,1500,3000, or 5000+ which one do i select?

I downloaded Cablenut 4.08 and Vanburens cablenut settings version 9 . I have to use one of the Version 9 settings in cablenut am i correct? I don't know which one to pick. I got as far as CABLE_DSL_FIBER_DIAL-UPWinXP_2K_CABLE_DSL ill try tcpoptimizer if this doesn't work.

No i have not tired tweaking. I don't know where to start and are there any risks?
