  3. This is my F-250 Diesel

5.5 Inch Fabtech and 35x12.50 Mickey Thompson Baja Claws

It's not as big as yours pentium but I had fuel mileage in mind when I lifted it, with fuel prices the way they are now I am glad I did.

Just out of curiousity whay kinda fuel mileage do you get with the V-10?  I get about 14 MPG with the diesel.  :)

  4. I am upgrading from wireless broadband(by this I mean I have a wireless ISP, I get my signal from a antenna on the roof)  to the SBC 3.0 Mb package and I am 8000 feet from the telco, I was wondering what kinda speeds I should get.

Anyone who have this package please post your results along with you approximate distance so I can get an idea.

I know they will be better than my current results  :x

  5. I am currently on a witeless broadband connection. I hook up on this about a year ago, but it is not very reliable an sometimes slow.. (I only done this because DSL wasn't available in my area back then)  I am posting this thread to see what other think about the deal they cut me on switching to SBC DSL.  They told me that they was a reseller of SBC dsl, and they would switch me under the current rate which is 40.00 a month. One reason I think I am getting a really good deal is because they said that the way they set up there dsl is over a static IP. They also checked and I am about 8000 feet from the telco, so I qualify for the 3.0/512.  So is this connection worth 40.00 a month or are they  just trying to keep me as a customer..

    Here are my current results:

These results are slower than normal they said thay are haveing problems with the towers or something.

I don't know why my upload speed is higher than my download it has been this way lately.

  6. I was wondering which of the two providers is better.  These are the only options in my area for ADSL and I have heard both good and bad about both.  So if someone could give me some results from both providers I would appreciate it so I could do a comparison.

I am looking at the 3.0Mbps download speeds. From each of the providers

I am kinda leaning toward SBC right now because they claim to have a higher upload speed than Earthlink.

    Any info appreciated  :D
