Ok...I have always used internet explorer to do my speed tests and i have never had any downloads speeds above 3800 kbps and never had uploads speeds this high i'm on comcast and my down speeds are supposed to be 4000 kbps and up speeds are supposed to be 384 kbps  and then i just barely downloaded netscape navigator to do my speeds and i'm getting downloads speeds that are over what it supposed to be and my up speeds are higher than what i get in internet explorer. What is it that netscape is doing that internet explorer is not doing on my computer to get these good speeds?
