Speed test still in the toiler no were near what it ran at for three days after I complained , and now it is very clear they cranked it down back to the 500s and low 600s and thought I would not notice MAN that is just dumb You know what really burns my ass , they run you through the same things ever time , and refuse to answer why speeds drop back down in to the 500s and low 600s after running for 3 days at speeds that never dropped below 1100. Keep making you run tests 5 or 6 in the toilet and then when one hits in 700s or 800s Out they come with O / the finial straw of trying to tell you O your speeds are just fine must be a problem on your end. So they had me boot PC in safe mold with network connections and guess what speeds are still in the toilet / in fact first one hit 314 kps / tech is real silent now , but like stated above 8 tests later it finally hit 724kps out he comes with ( O your speeds are just fine ) And then try to up sell me on a faster speed , when pushed for a answer on what I would get for speeds /guess what speeds I should be getting with what I am paying for now / but another $ 10.00 bucks a month and no guaranteed that after a day or to speeds would not drop back into the 500s and 600s. I will give them a benefit of doubt and see if these speeds hold after 30 days is up. What the hell good is that?? I paid for 1.5MB download an if it comes out to 1621 Kbps or 1.6 Mbps downloaded at: 198 kB/s I could live with but this , 70 to 80 kB/s is not acceptable. Something has to be done with this companies xlornet.com rip off , and misleading advertisements that do not deliver any were close to what you pay for. And then after you paid for installing it smugly replied O sir the speeds you are getting are acceptable. And then go on to say ,you have thirty days to cancel . BUT YOU ARE STUCK WITH INSTALL COSTS> in my case $184.00 While that is like pulling up to get gas and they have a price of say $3.00 dallars a gallon you say give me 10 gallons and they deliver 5 gallons a charge you $30.00 and tell them this is not acceptable, and then say while if you do not like it we will take gas back for a cost of $60.00 I thing not

I ran this test and 2 minutes into download I was still counting up to a time of 16 minutes and still counting up I stopped download You got to love xplornet what crap

While my download speeds are dropping like a rock , 569 657 588 the last #3 tests and this is suppose to be 1.5 MB which is 1500.00 Kbps Even there test area it states only running at 72% But no matter what test numbers there are tech. state you are running at acceptable levels. When it was 800 and 900 they say OK now that it has dropped in to averaged 60Kbps they still say it is acceptable range . While this is acceptable to these people it is not to me I am getting a 1/3 of speeds I am paying for. I am new to xplornet and have 30 days , to cancel service. When they set this service up 3 days ago the tec. ran this test and guess what it came in at 1700, within 3 hrs it was down in the 700s and 800s. Now even if my speeds come up as I suspect they will ,to I go over the thirty day try out and down they will go and I will be on the hook. I suspect this company are a bunch of smoke and dagger crook's. Now they say do a 48 Hr test of speeds and see what they are , so I asked them what is the speeds you think are acceptable , and they told me my speeds are normal. WHAT THE Big one web who I had before had a 1mb service and I came in with there service averaged around 850kbps. But they do not want to here about this with there so called 1.5 service that is a lot slower what a bunch of BS

This just is not any were near the speeds I was told I would get with 1.5MB download speeds. And when you download from web it will start out good at say 185kb and by the time a download of 10MB is finish download speeds will have drop to some times as low as 50kb :::..
