Still going slowly. I went to internet connection settings and it says that my internet connection is disabled but if i try to click enable it just says connection failed. I can not follow the steps in the above post because none of those options are available. Just add services and that doesnt seem to help. Thanks. EDIT: I tried what was sugested above it is no better. Any other ideas?

My net just slowed down i ran the upload speed test. By the time i ran the upload test it was back to normal speed. :::.. Heres my problem. My internet has huge slowdowns without warning. When i run the speed test i somtimes get results like the ones i copied below but just as often i get results that are only about 7% of what they should be. Ironcily when i went to post this my Internet appears to have fixed itself but im sure it will slow down again later. So please just trust me that this is happening. Any ideas of what could be doing this? 1. Os XP w/ service pack 2 and p2p fix. 2. Who your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is, and what the advertised speed for download/upload is. 2. Road Runner Cable (michigan), 5mb speed i believe not sure tho. 3.
