Whenever i try to download a file regardless of what it is i get an error saying: Internet explorer cannot download(whatever im downloading) from (the site). Internet explorer was not able to open the requested site. The site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later. This also applies to mozilla firefox too and whenever i try to watch a video of lets say youtube, the video doesn't load and there is no video player(and yes the player is installed and i've been able to watch videos b4). Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks. P.S. - It seems as if my cpu has also updated itself? The theme for the startup button has seemed as if it's newer?

Actuall guys i'm hosting Halo 2 games online. Will cablenut improve my upload speeds by a decent to good percentage?

I am currently running cox cable internet and the download speed is great and all(it's advertised at 5 Mb) and sometimes when i run the test i can get up to 5.2 Mb but my upload speeds seem kinda slower than they should be. As advertised it says it can reach up to 2 Mb, i know that i most likely won't reach it but i want to hit upwards to 0.8 Mb to 1.0 Mb(at highest i can hit 0.6 maybe 0.7Mb). I usually host games online and I want it to be as lag free as possible. Is there any way i can reduce lag and boost my upload speeds so there'll minimum to little lag.
