  8. Broadbandreports.com tells me to do one thing and Speedguide.net tells me to do something different when it comes to setting my RWIN value. I just found this website and I am running 3 download tests to start, each time I am clearing my cache before I run the next test. I have Comcast's basic package so they claim I should get up to 4Mb...uh-huh... Test 1. :::.. To be honest with you, networking and stuff like this isn't really my strong suit. Does anybody have any advice or does everything look good? If these speed tests are accurate, I'll be more than happy with 3.5Mb down. Thanks for your advice/opinions in advance. FYI - Here is what my speeds are when I run the test at pdx.speakeasy.net.
