no, ive had this problem for like 5 months, ive tried everything that any1 ever suggested to me my intire region gets the benefit and we dont.. i phoned my isp too and they say they are doing repairs. but comeon, are we singled out and given the crappiest speed and repairs have been going on for 5 months?

once uve tasted the sweet 300kb/s this is like taking in urine... and i cant play my game

my issue is that i cannot go over the 30kB/s i use to get around 300kB/s. my computer is the only one getting a limited 30/kb because my friends get the full benefit, and theres only one ISP around here.

umm im not much for brains but i have a problem where im only limited to 30kB/s when i play games, i randomly hit a hard ping, but when i die i go back down to my usual ping. also sucks for P2P downloads and i thought id add this :::..
