I am unable to open my e-mail attachments which are pps files. I receive this message; this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the folders options control panel. I have gone to this panel, but find it too confusing to continue, and unsure about going to "advanced" Help would be appreciated, but I need PLAIN language, as I am a neubie. Thanks
