    The Reason why someone would defend DSL is because they can't get COX. It's kinda the guy that defends why he owns a minivan versus a MAN's car. So next time consider the DSL the "minivan" and consider COX HSI 5mb the Man's Car. :lol: :lol:

    I had COX bring out a FIELD SUPERVISOR and he figured out that is was their fault for me getting 1.0MB average download VS 5.0MB download im paying for. They are going to fix as they told me... so i wait patiently for my internet to come back into life... Wish me luck fellow peoples.. :huh: :huh:

    I maintain my computer on a daily basis to make sure there is nothing out of the ordinary installed or running in the background.  I haven't tried any tweaks because I dont want to risk making it worse. I am running Win XP Pro SP2. My upload works great at 768KB. I took the advice and called COX to check my CAP and they said it was at 5MB download. I need help!!
