wtf!!... My friend just called customer care because he has been having some problems too.. and u know what?... Damn it, Those TSRs don't know even how to configure and access a canopy... Now my friend was the one that taught them how... tsk..tsk.. i feel like telling u guyz cause I'm telling that TSR is very unreliable UNLESS they send u a field technician... Im suggesting u read this whole thread.. Its a much better help....

drizzt1911... It could be between these conditions... 1.) Those stupid installers don't know how to properly set up an antenna OR 2.) The "fast and reliable" SmartBro is having some "technical issues" right now... Solution: Either way, u should try to move ur house to 1 meter away from the base station...

Clearing internet caches and all other stuff (Anti-spyware, antivirus, trojan and worm killers, etc.)... I think my system is clean... Well, that's my opinion... Can the ping really be lowered down??...
