I've been experiencing 400+++ speed this whole week!! Hope it lasts forever...

ok, what i did that i think that gave me a lot of speed was when i did a lot of cleaning in my system, defragmenting files, scanning for viruses and using tcpoptimizer. There's no secrets at all since many of the tweaks have already been posted here.

ei guys!! I emailed Smart yesterday about my no connectivity thing and in that e-mail i inluded some of what was in my conversation with its rep. (the one who told me to buy a new lan card). And in their reply they told me that they did not call me yet. WTF!!! Then who was I talking to? Smart Bro still sucks!!!

hey guys, i have a question. Will there be a difference in speed/ stability between putting IP address, subnet mask,default gateway and DNS manually and acquiring them automatically??

Did you save a system restore point? Using system restore is a must when you're tweaking because you don't know what will happen to your connection after tweaking. If you didn't do system restore, you might want to try pressing the "Delete CableNut Tweaks" button.

or maybe it must be the ap because there are a lot of users when it's raining.

No, the base station is just near my house, I can see it's like 3 or 4 blocks away. I also don't think that it's the lan wire because it's well sheltered from getting wet.

but if I would want to change my lan card to a better one, what would you recommend?

another one (and it's nighttime) yes tmn has helped me a lot and i thank you guys for that. My only problm now is the "Limited or No Connectivity" thing that usually lasts for 5 mins and more than 2 hours when it's raining hard.
