I tried proxy.meridian.ph and it works very very well for me. Thank you guys for this guide. My ave connection was 20kbps-50kbps. Im a smartbro user but after trying this out my connection boost up to 300+kbps it even reach 400kbps sometimes. I didn't believe at first so i tried using mozilla and internet explorer to compare the results but its always 200kbps+390+kbps. WOW.
