does a dual wan router combine the 2 connections to form a single line or take the highest download and upload of the new connections and creat it like that leaving the other line as a back up?

ya i got the crappy bellsouth in my crib right and i got a comcast line and was just wondering if i should ditc hthe dsl and get another comcast line or is bellsouth going to really upgrade soon cuz they r pretty bad when it comes to competing with all the other isp's post ne suggstions live in the ATL

Yo those speeds r sik and i wish it didnt take so long to set up co's and that is would spread faster but all the other isp wil catch up or b forced out by verizon who will yake over in the next decade They will buy out so many companies and soon everyone will make the switch over
