There are authorized South American reselletrs. I assume I'd get it from one of them. Not that i'm not capable of installing it myself, mind you.

Won't work at all, or will be spotty? The alternative is no internet/phone service at all, so even spotty/shoddy service will be better than nothing.

I'm joining the Peace Corps, which is going to put me somewhere in remote Latin America. I've been considering direcway with VoIP. Are the latency times too horrible for VoIP with DirecWay? I'm reading a lot of horrible things about them..
