this is my speed that i have been getting now, sometimes a little less sometimes a little more, i was wondering if comcast has upgraded the base speed that customers get, if it seems to be true, i am going to love my new speed then

used to be 350 KB/sec

well this is the only test site i use thanks to ca3le guy  , my ususal speeds here are around 3 Mbits a sec, sometimes a little lowe,r somtimes a little higher.

Comcast says my speed is capped at 3Mbps  hopefully my speed stays like this for awhile 

well if it is not even getting to the bios u can't do anything software realted i think u would have to do something to the motherboard by reseting it, i had a similar problem but it loaded the bios, just not windows, dunno about this one but good luck

well i used van's tweaks and found out that mozilla was running slower on the test which are

i did test it numerous times and the same thing happend so my question is are Van's tweaks only benifical for internet explorer or any web browser?

well yeah halo 2 was way over-hyped but bungie had to be doing some other project when doing halo 2, it was prob halo 3, well anyways they split halo 2 into halo 2 and halo 3 thats why it was htat great if they made it into one game then it would have kicked ass

ok i found this kinda odd, when i used download accelorator plus my download speeds were around 300KB/sec and tops was 420KB/sec. Can someone please tell me why my speed here is very slow and when i download stuff with this program it is fast. Thanks

ok the tech said that it was the websites i was visitng and said even this site in inaccurate. he also said that cable with flucuant. I was very happy but couldn't prove anything that he was wrong, sigh i guess got to stay with this speed for now

Ok i found out the date that comcast is supposed to come is not today but saturday, which sucks. Thought it was today. Anyways anyone think the slows speeds might be caused by a damaged drop, which i heard last week might be possible from the three comcast guys that came to fix it the first time to get sync. If it is a damaged drop, them the problem could be fixed a lot faster. Thanks for your help guys.
