  1. Hi, all. I'm new. Hughesnet is down for upgrading and I think they bit off more than they can chew. I haven't been able to get my Hughesnet email since yesterday. It's not your computer, so don't worry about that. I am at a loss for words over it. I work from my comp, so needless to say, I can't access anything. I've been trying to find out what is going on online for a few hours. I even spoke with a representative in a chat session earlier today who told me to give it two hours. I have. Still down. They told me it would be fixed by 7:30 AM this morning. Then, it was 8:00 AM. Then, 11:00 AM. Well, you get the picture. It's still down. I could work with the delay if they would just be honest about it and stop telling me to try again at this time or that time. It would seem more appropriate to set a time and abide by it. If I try to log into the webmail, I can't get anything outside of "bad server request," and various other error messages on their part. I guess we just keep trying and maybe we'll have it soon.
