Well that's also my problem with smartbro...actually you are lucky enough...mine is not only with intermittent connections but a day or two of no connections at all. The problem lies on the smartbro system and not on your PC. Well, being fed up on their services, CSR and technical staffs' lies, excuses and scripted dialogue :haha: ...I changed to other broadband service provider and now my problem is solved, though not so perfect at least it is far better than "smartbro-ken" connection.
