  1. my provider says that i have a 25/25 fiberoptic connection my down speeds are fine (as long as it doesn't rain) but my upload speed is nowhere close. i don't know if i even need a fast upload but i'm pay'n for it. i'd like to get what i pay for.   3. i have a 25mb service with eplus.net. I tested at 25000 last night but today it was about 5600. there has to a problem somewhere. the 2 things that were different were the time of day and it was raining this afternoon. i'm on a fiberoptic line so i don't know if rain would effect it.

I'm not sure what these numbers mean.
  8. howdy y'all I'm a new member even though i signed up a while back I've never explored this site. so I'm here now... with a question of course. I'm trying to decipher all of the speed abbrev. i have a fairly fast connection... i think but i don't understand why my down speed is so much faster than the up speed. is this normal if not can it be fixed? can anyone help me? thanks
