  1. Somewhere, in a metro area to the NE of you, I've been hitting these speeds on an S.A. DPC2505 consistently for about 11 months (all legit, gear/account/bootfile built for 50X5/etc)... Perhaps worth noting is that I did need to tweak my stack a bit (XP SP2) to hit my max - *particularly for the upstream*. YMMV on the stack tweaking... I've been running this copy of XP for ages, so I wouldn't be surprised if my 'tweaking' was actually just 'fixing' something pre-existing... :::.. testmy.net test results ..::: Download Connection is:: 49867 Kbps about 49.87 Mbps (tested with 51200 kB) Download Speed is:: 6087 kB/s Upload Connection is:: 1527 Kbps about 1.5 Mbps (tested with 2992 kB) Upload Speed is:: 186 kB/s Tested From:: https://testmy.net (Main) Test Time:: 2009/07/05 - 2:58pm D-Validation Link:: https://testmy.net/stats/id-YFNUB9XOV U-Validation Link:: https://testmy.net/stats/id-1UE9PJOB3 User Agent:: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.3) Gecko/2008092417 Firefox/3.0.3 [!] :::.. Meaning those extra 3 channels will be pretty lightly loaded, and available for you to hit your 22Mbps nice and consistent.
